1. Who we are

Ads5.com ("Ads5", "we") is a performance marketing network operating across search, social, video, native and email channels, with offices in Austin and Amsterdam. This policy explains data handling on ads5.com and, in summary, within our media services (detailed terms live in client and publisher agreements).

2. Data we collect

• Contact data: what you send us — name, email, company, budget context — via the contact form or email. The form opens your email client; the website stores nothing.
• Client campaign data: platform account metrics and audience data processed on your instruction under our services agreements.
• Site telemetry: IP, browser, and pages viewed for security, retained 90 days. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
• Talent data: applications and recruiting correspondence, kept up to 24 months.

3. How we use it

• Responding to proposals and audit requests (legitimate interest / pre-contract).
• Planning, buying and measuring campaigns (contract).
• Securing our systems (legitimate interest).
• Meeting tax, accounting and legal duties.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use site-visitor data for ad targeting.

4. Advertising & cookies in campaigns

Campaign tracking relies on each platform's own pixels, IDs and conversion APIs, governed by the platform's privacy notice and your consent-management setup. We configure and honor consent signals (TCF v2.2, US state privacy strings) and can run consent-less, contextual-only programs on request.

5. Sharing & transfers

Data is shared only with: service providers under contract (cloud, email, CRM, payment), platform partners as needed to run your campaigns, and authorities where legally required. International transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses / UK IDTA where applicable. Sub-processor list available from privacy@ads5.com.

6. Retention

Prospect correspondence: 24 months. Client campaign data: per contract, typically the engagement plus 12 months. Invoices and tax records: 7 years. Site logs: 90 days.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing — under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws. We don't sell or "share" personal information as defined by the CPRA. Email privacy@ads5.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

Least-privilege access, encrypted storage and transfers, 2FA across ad-platform accounts, and annual access reviews. Report anything suspicious to security@ads5.com.

9. Children

Our services are B2B; the site isn't directed to anyone under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
